From Kukës, continue on SH22 towards the village of Zhulat. As you approach Zhulat, take a right onto a dirt track road. Drive carefully, as this road may be uneven. Follow this road for about 10 kilometers until you reach Lumi i Shales. Make sure your vehicle is suitable for rough terrain.
