Walking
If you are in Hawally, start by heading towards the nearest main road, which is King Fahd Road. You can use any landmark such as the Al-Bahar Center or the Hawally Park as a reference to find your way to King Fahd Road. Once you are on King Fahd Road, head towards the direction of Kuwait City. Keep walking straight for approximately 3 kilometers. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way, which can be good stopping points. Look for signs pointing towards Ahmad Al Jaber St. After about 40 minutes of walking, you will see Safat Square on your right, located at Ahmad Al Jaber St.
Public Bus
From Hawally, locate the nearest bus stop, which is usually near the Al-Hawalli Shopping Center. Take the bus number 999 or 1, which usually runs towards Kuwait City. The fare for the bus is approximately 0.5 KWD. Stay on the bus for about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. When the bus approaches the area of Ahmad Al Jaber St, signal the driver to stop. Safat Square will be a short walk from the bus stop; just walk down Ahmad Al Jaber St for about 5-10 minutes until you reach the square.
Taxi or Ride-Sharing Service
If you prefer a more comfortable option, you can use a taxi or a ride-sharing service like Careem or Uber. Simply request a ride to Safat Square, Ahmad Al Jaber St, Kuwait City. The average fare from Hawally to Safat Square should be around 2-3 KWD, depending on traffic conditions. This option is more direct and will take approximately 15-20 minutes to reach your destination.
