Car
If you are driving to Ala-Archa National Park, take the A365 road from Bishkek and follow the signs to Ala-Archa National Park. Once you enter the park, you will need to park at the designated parking area near the entrance. The hike to Aksay Glacier begins from the Ala-Archa Valley, so from the parking area, follow the trail that leads towards the valley. The trail is well-marked and will take you through beautiful landscapes. Keep an eye out for signs that indicate the direction towards Aksay Glacier.

To get to Ala-Archa National Park using public transportation, start from Bishkek and take a marshrutka (minibus) heading to Ala-Archa. You can catch these marshrutkas from the Western bus station in Bishkek. The fare is approximately 50-100 KGS (Kyrgyz Som). Once you arrive at the park entrance, pay the entry fee (around 200 KGS per person). From the entrance, you will need to hike towards Aksay Glacier. Follow the main trail into the park, which is well-marked. Make sure to check the weather and take necessary hiking gear.
