Car

If you are driving to Archa Tor, start from the Ala-Archa National Park entrance. Follow the main road into the park, which will gradually ascend into the mountains. Look for signs pointing towards Archa Tor. The final stretch of the road is a dirt path that may require a 4x4 vehicle, especially after rain. Park your vehicle at the designated parking area and continue on foot. The hiking trail to Archa Tor is well-marked and takes approximately 2-3 hours, depending on your pace.

Public Transportation

To reach Archa Tor by public transport, take a marshrutka (shared minibus) from Bishkek to Ala-Archa National Park. The marshrutkas leave from the Western bus station ('Zapadny Avtovokzal') in Bishkek. The fare is approximately 50-100 KGS. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you will need to hike to Archa Tor. Follow the main trail and expect a moderate hike that takes around 2-3 hours. Make sure to wear proper hiking shoes and bring water.

Once you are in Ala-Archa National Park, head towards the Archa Tor trailhead, which is located about 5 km from the park entrance.
