If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Cholpon-Ata, which is a popular base for visiting the Issyk-Kul Region. From Cholpon-Ata, head east on the A363 road towards the village of Tosor. After approximately 30 kilometers, look for the sign for Fairytale Canyon 'Skazka' (you may also see signs for Tosor). Turn left onto a dirt road that will lead you directly to the canyon. The total driving time is about 40 minutes. Be mindful of the road conditions, as the dirt road can be bumpy.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a marshrutka (minibus) from Cholpon-Ata to Tosor village. Marshrutkas frequently depart from the central bus station in Cholpon-Ata. The ride to Tosor takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Tosor, you can hire a local taxi or arrange for a ride to Fairytale Canyon 'Skazka', which is approximately 10 kilometers from the village. Taxi fares can range from 200 to 400 KGS (Kyrgyz Som) depending on negotiation.

If you enjoy hiking and are adventurous, you can walk from Tosor village to Fairytale Canyon. The hike is about 10 kilometers and will take around 2-3 hours depending on your pace. Follow the dirt road leading from the village towards the canyon. Ensure you have enough water and wear suitable footwear, as the terrain can be rough.
