Start at the central square of Karakol, known as Ala-Too Square. From the square, head east along Tynystanov Street for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Bektenova Street. Turn left onto Bektenova Street. Continue walking for another 300 meters, and you will see the Dungan Mosque on your right side, marked by its unique Chinese architectural style.
