Getting There

Walking
From the center of Kochkor, head towards the main intersection where the local market is located. Look for a sign that points towards Krasnyy Most. Follow the road leading out of Kochkor, which will take you through some local villages. Continue walking straight for about 8 kilometers. You will notice the landscape changing to more rugged terrain as you approach the canyon. Be sure to keep an eye on the signs for 'Kan'ony Kok-Moynok' along the way. Once you reach the canyon entrance, you can enjoy the scenic views and various hiking trails.

Horseback
If you prefer a more traditional means of travel, you can hire a horse from local stables in Kochkor. From the stables, take the main road leading out of Kochkor toward Krasnyy Most. The horseback ride takes about 2-3 hours, depending on your pace. Enjoy the beautiful scenery as you trot along the path. Upon nearing the canyon, there will be designated paths for horses that will lead you directly to the entrance of Kan'ony Kok-Moynok.

Public Transport (Marshrutka)
Take a marshrutka (minibus) from the Kochkor bus station towards the town of Naryn. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the turn-off for Krasnyy Most. From there, you will need to walk approximately 3 kilometers to reach Kan'ony Kok-Moynok. Follow the road signs and keep an eye out for the canyon on your left as you approach.
