To reach Fairytale Canyon using public transportation, first take a marshrutka (minibus) from Naryn city to Tosor. Marshrutkas leave regularly from the bus station in Naryn, and the fare is around 50 KGS. Once you arrive in Tosor, you may need to negotiate a taxi to take you the remaining 15 km to Fairytale Canyon, which should cost approximately 300-500 KGS depending on your negotiation skills.
