Take a local minibus (marshrutka) heading towards the Osh Bazaar. Get off at the Osh Bazaar and transfer to another marshrutka heading towards the Osh Hippodrome. Get off at the Osh Hippodrome and walk south on Kurmanjan Datka Street for about 700 meters. The Monument to the 'workhorse of the Pamir', the GAZ-AA, should be on your right.
