Car
If you are driving from the main city in Bokeo Province, proceed towards the border with Thailand. Head towards the town of Huay Xai, then continue on Route 3 north. Follow the signs towards Chiang Rai, Thailand. After crossing the Mekong River via the Friendship Bridge, continue driving until you reach Chiang Saen District. Look for signs pointing to Mekong Skywalk, located at 177 Moo 8, Wiang. Parking is available near the entrance.
Public Transportation
Start by taking a local bus or minivan from Huay Xai to Chiang Rai. Buses leave regularly from the Huay Xai bus station and the fare is approximately 60,000 LAK. The journey takes about 4-5 hours. Once you reach Chiang Rai, you can take a taxi or a tuk-tuk to Chiang Saen District. Specify that you want to go to Mekong Skywalk, located at 177 Moo 8, Wiang. The taxi fare will be around 200,000 LAK.
