Car
From the center of Bokeo Province, head south on Route 12 toward Saysansa. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the intersection near Saysansa. Turn left and follow the signs that lead toward the Tad Talae Waterfall. The last stretch will be a dirt road, so ensure your vehicle is suitable for rough terrain. There is no entry fee for the waterfall, but parking may be limited, so arrive early.
Public Transportation
Take a local bus or songthaew from the main bus station in Bokeo Province to Saysansa. The fare is usually around 10,000 LAK (approximately $1 USD). Upon arriving in Saysansa, you can either walk (about 3 kilometers) to the waterfall or hire a local tuk-tuk for about 20,000 LAK ($2 USD) to take you directly to the entrance of Tad Talae Waterfall. Be sure to confirm the price before starting your journey. Note that the waterfall is not heavily commercialized, so facilities may be limited.
