Car
If you're traveling by car, start your journey from Pakse, which is about 40 kilometers away from Tad Hang Waterfall. Take Route 13 and head southeast towards the Bolaven Plateau. After approximately 15 kilometers, turn onto Route 16. Continue for about 20 kilometers, passing through scenic landscapes and coffee plantations. Once you reach the village of Beng, look for signs directing you to Tad Hang Waterfall. Follow the local road (Unnamed Road) for about 5 kilometers until you reach the waterfall parking area. There may be a small parking fee (around 10,000 LAK) that you need to pay upon arrival.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can catch a minibus from Pakse to the Bolaven Plateau. These minibuses leave regularly from the main bus station in Pakse. The fare is typically around 30,000 LAK and the journey will take about an hour. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Beng. Once you arrive in Beng, you can either hire a tuk-tuk or walk to Tad Hang Waterfall, which is approximately 5 kilometers away. If opting for a tuk-tuk, expect to pay around 20,000-30,000 LAK for the ride.
