The driver will take Route 12 and then turn onto the Nam Theun River road, dropping you off at the cave entrance.     Rent a bicycle from a shop in Thakhek for about 20,000 LAK per day. Cycle south on Route 12, then turn left onto the Nam Theun River road. The ride is approximately 12 kilometers and takes about 1 hour. Follow the signs to Tham Pa Sueam; the entrance will be on your right.
