If you're driving, head to Thakhek, the capital of Khammouane Province. From Thakhek center, take Route 12 toward the east for about 7 kilometers. Look for signs directing you towards Tham Pa Sueam (ถ้ำปลาเชือม). The cave is located at coordinates 17.4716, 104.8564, and you can input these into your GPS for precise navigation. There is a parking area near the entrance of the cave.
