If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Luang Prabang. Head southeast on Sisavangvong Road, which is the main road running through the town. Continue straight until you reach the Mekong River. Once you hit the riverbank, turn left onto Khem Khong Road. Drive along this road for about 1 km, and you will find Mekong Deck Luangphrabang on your right. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that it can be limited during peak tourist times.
