Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Ubon Ratchathani city center. Head east on Route 213 towards Pho Sai District. Continue for about 70 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 2056. Turn left onto Route 2056 and follow the road for approximately 15 kilometers. You will see signs directing you to Sam Phan Bok. The entrance is located near the Lao Ngam village area.
Public Transportation - Bus
From Ubon Ratchathani, catch a local bus from the Ubon Ratchathani Bus Terminal heading to Pho Sai District. The fare is approximately 50-100 THB depending on the bus service. The journey takes around 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Pho Sai District, you can hire a tuk-tuk or local taxi to take you to Sam Phan Bok for about 200-300 THB. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
Tuk-Tuk from Pho Sai
If you arrive in Pho Sai District by bus, you can find tuk-tuks waiting near the bus station. Negotiate the fare to Sam Phan Bok, which should be around 200-300 THB. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Be sure to agree on a price before getting in.
Walking (after tuk-tuk drop-off)
Once you reach the vicinity of Sam Phan Bok, you may need to walk a short distance to the actual site, as tuk-tuks can only drop you off at the entrance. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions to ensure you get to the main attraction.
