Start at the center of Muang Sing, near the main market. Head southeast on the main road, which is Route 6. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach a fork in the road. Take the right path, which leads to the outskirts of the town. After about 500 meters, you will come across a small local café on your left; this is a good spot to rest if needed. Continue on this road for another 1 kilometer, and you will see signs directing you towards Patuxay - Victory Monument. The path will lead you through a small village before entering a larger park area where the monument is located.
