Car
If you are driving from Luang Prabang city center, head south on the Route 13 road. Continue for about 4 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road, then take the left turn onto the road leading to V4JP+GQF. Follow this road for another 1 kilometer, and you will see the Monument to President Souphanouvong on your right. There is parking available nearby.

Public Transportation (Songthaew)
From the city center of Luang Prabang, you can take a songthaew (shared taxi) that heads towards the south. You can find songthaews near the night market or the main bus station. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to go to the Monument to President Souphanouvong. The fare should be around 10,000 to 15,000 LAK per person. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes, and you will be dropped off near the monument.

Walking from Luang Prabang
For those who enjoy walking, you can take a scenic walk from the city center to the monument. Start from the Royal Palace Museum and head south along the Mekong River. After about 3 kilometers, turn left onto the road leading to V4JP+GQF. It’s a pleasant walk, and it should take about 40-50 minutes to reach the monument on foot.
