Continue for about 4 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road, then take the left turn onto the road leading to V4JP+GQF. Follow this road for another 1 kilometer, and you will see the Monument to President Souphanouvong on your right. There is parking available nearby.

    From the city center of Luang Prabang, you can take a songthaew (shared taxi) that heads towards the south. You can find songthaews near the night market or the main bus station.
