If you're driving from Luang Prabang, head north on Route 13 for approximately 150 kilometers. Upon reaching the junction near Udomxai, turn left onto Route 1C. Continue for about 40 kilometers until you reach Muang Ngoy. Look for signs directing you towards Phanoi Viewpoint, which is located on an unnamed road about 5 kilometers from the center of Muang Ngoy. Please note that parking may be limited at the viewpoint.
