Public Transport
The most budget-friendly way to reach Buddha Park from Vientiane is by taking bus #14 from the Central Bus Station (Talat Sao). Ensure the bus goes all the way to Xieng Khuan/Buddha Park. The bus ride takes 45-60 minutes and costs 18,000 LAK per person each way. The bus stops directly across from the park entrance. From the bus station side, walk past the long-distance bus stops and find bus #14 on the corner across the street. To return to Vientiane, wait for the same bus #14 at the bus stop across from the park entrance.

Taxi/Tuk-Tuk
A quicker but more expensive option is to take a taxi or tuk-tuk from Vientiane. A taxi will cost approximately 300,000 LAK for a round trip. A tuk-tuk may be cheaper, around 200,000 LAK, but negotiate the price beforehand. The journey takes around 30-40 minutes. Agree on a fare with the driver before starting the trip.
