    To reach Elephant Cave by public transportation, find a local tuk-tuk driver in Phou Bia. Inform the driver that you want to go to Elephant Cave (Cave of Elephants) near the Nam Xong River. The driver will drop you off at the nearest point to the cave, from where you may need to walk a short distance to reach the entrance.
