The ferry terminal is located at approximately 13.8664° N, 105.7865° E. Park your car at the terminal parking area (usually a small fee applies) and take a ferry to Don Det. The ferry ride takes about 15-20 minutes.
Public Bus
To reach Don Det by public bus, first take a bus from Pakse to Nakasong. Buses leave regularly from the Pakse bus station and the fare is typically around 30,000 LAK (3 USD). Once you arrive at Nakasong, head to the ferry terminal, which is a short walk from the bus drop-off point. Purchase a ferry ticket (approximately 10,000 LAK or 1 USD) and board the ferry to Don Det. The ferry ride takes about 15-20 minutes.
Tuk-Tuk
If you are already in the Si Phan Don area and want to avoid the hassle of public transport, you can hire a tuk-tuk to take you to the ferry terminal in Nakasong.
