From the Thakhek Bus Station, walk straight onto Route 13. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the road heading east. Continue walking past the Thakhek Market. Turn onto a small street on your right and walk for about 300 meters. Smile Restaurant will be on your left.

Find a tuk-tuk near Thakhek Market or the Bus Station. Inform the driver you want to go to Smile Restaurant near the small street off Route 13. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes. Expect to pay around 40,000 kips, but negotiate for a fair price.

From the Thakhek Riverside area, head southeast along the riverfront. Follow the path parallel to the river until you reach Route 13. Turn right onto Route 13 and cycle past the Thakhek Market. Look for a small street on your right and cycle for another 300 meters. Smile Restaurant will be on your left.
