Getting There

Car
If you are driving, start from the center of Vang Vieng. Head southeast on Route 13 (also known as the Vang Vieng-Luang Prabang Road) for about 6 kilometers. Keep an eye out for the signs indicating Lusi Cave. Once you spot the signs, turn onto the gravel road leading to the cave. This road may require a 4WD vehicle, depending on the weather conditions. Follow the road for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the parking area near the cave entrance. Please note that there may be a small parking fee.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a tuk-tuk from the center of Vang Vieng. Make sure to tell the driver that you want to go to Lusi Cave. The ride should cost around 20,000 to 30,000 LAK (Lao Kip) per person and will take approximately 15-20 minutes. The driver will drop you off at the entrance of the cave. Be clear about the time you want to return, as tuk-tuks may not be readily available for pickup.
