From the center of Vang Vieng, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Head south on the main road, Route 13. Continue straight for about 7 kilometers until you reach the junction at Tham Nam. Turn left and follow the signs leading to the water cave. The entrance will be on your right after a few minutes.
