If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Xaisomboun Province (Vang Xang). Head east on Route 13 for about 20 km until you reach the junction for Route 7. Turn left onto Route 7, and drive for another 10 km. Look for a sign for Tham Poukham Cave on your right. Follow this road for about 3 km until you reach the entrance of Tham Poukham Cave. Parking is available near the entrance, but there may be a small fee.

To reach Tham Poukham Cave using public transportation, take a local bus or shared taxi from Vang Xang towards Naka. The journey will take approximately 30-45 minutes.
