From Vang Vieng town center, cross the Nam Song River via the toll bridge (6,000 Kip for bicycle, 4,000 Kip for pedestrians) or the free footbridge. Head west, following the road towards Tham Poukham Cave. The Pha Ngern View Point trailhead will be on your left, approximately 4 km from town. Look for the sign indicating 'Pha Ngern Silvercliff View Point Mountain'. The walk from town takes approximately 45 minutes.

Hire a tuk-tuk from Vang Vieng town center to the Pha Ngern View Point trailhead. Negotiate the fare beforehand, but expect to pay around 20,000 Kip. The journey takes approximately 10-15 minutes. From the drop-off point, follow the signs to the trailhead.

Rent a motorbike or scooter in Vang Vieng. Cross the Nam Song River via the toll bridge (6,000 Kip for bicycle). Follow the road west towards Tham Poukham Cave.
