Walking
The Revolution Memorial Tower is located on Nongbone Road in Vientiane. If you are already near That Luang Stupa, you can easily walk to the monument. From That Luang, head west on That Luang Road, then turn left onto Nongbone Road. The monument will be on your left. Walking is free.
Public Transport
From the Central Bus Station (Talat Sao/Morning Market), you can take a local bus towards That Luang. From there, it is a short walk to the Revolution Memorial Tower. Bus fare is approximately 5,000-8,000 LAK.
Taxi/Tuk-tuk
Taxis and tuk-tuks are readily available throughout Vientiane. You can hire one to take you directly to the Revolution Memorial Tower on Nongbone Road. A short taxi ride from the city center will cost approximately 43,655 LAK (base fare) plus 33,315 LAK per km. Remember to negotiate the fare with tuk-tuk drivers before starting your journey.
