Continue on this road for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the town of Salavan. At Salavan, look for Route 23 and turn left. Follow Route 23 for about 25 kilometers, and you will see signs directing you to Tad Soung Waterfall. The entrance to the waterfall is located at F7XF+P8J, Ban Baktheung. There is usually no entrance fee, but it's advisable to check locally in case of any updates.

If you prefer using public transportation, start by taking a bus from Paksong to Salavan. Buses operate frequently, and the fare is typically around 20,000 LAK (Lao Kip). After reaching Salavan, you will need to find a local minibus or tuk-tuk heading towards Ban Baktheung, which is the village nearest to Tad Soung Waterfall. The fare for this leg should be around 15,000 LAK. Inform the driver that you are going to Tad Soung Waterfall. Once you arrive at Ban Baktheung, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the waterfall entrance.

For a more adventurous option, consider renting a motorbike in Paksong. Rental prices are usually around 80,000 LAK per day. Take Route 16 east for about 40 kilometers to Salavan, then turn onto Route 23 and follow the signs to Tad Soung Waterfall.
