When you reach Luang Prabang, navigate to the address 3658+CC3, which is located in the city center. Look for signs pointing towards tourist attractions, as Pha An is a well-known spot.

To reach Pha An using public transport, head to the main bus station in Xieng Khouang. Board a bus heading to Luang Prabang. The bus ride typically lasts around 2-3 hours and costs about 30,000 to 50,000 LAK (Lao Kip). Upon arrival at the bus station in Luang Prabang, you can either walk or take a tuk-tuk to 3658+CC3, which is the location of Pha An. A tuk-tuk ride will cost you around 20,000 to 30,000 LAK depending on your negotiation skills and the distance.
