If you are starting from Daugavpils city center (Rīgas iela), head east towards Cialkovska iela. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ceļš 3. Turn left onto Ceļš 3 and walk straight for about 500 meters. You will see the memorial park on your right. The specific address is Cialkovska iela 3, Daugavpils, LV-5410.

Public Transport
From Daugavpils Central Station, take bus number 5 (to 'Jaunbūve') or bus number 6 (to 'Cietoksnis'). Get off at the stop called 'Cialkovska iela'. From there, it is a short walk of about 300 meters to the memorial located at Cialkovska iela 3. Just head straight on Cialkovska iela and you will find the memorial on your left.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Daugavpils city center. Head east towards Cialkovska iela and follow the main road until you reach the junction with Ceļš 3. Turn left onto Ceļš 3 and cycle for approximately 1 kilometer. The memorial is located on your right at Cialkovska iela 3. There are bike racks available near the memorial for parking.
