If you are starting from the city center, head east on Rīgas iela towards the intersection with Ventspils iela. At the intersection, turn left onto Ventspils iela. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Miera iela, and follow it until you see Dzintaru iela on your right. Turn right onto Dzintaru iela, and Daugavpils Tarzāns will be located at number 74 on your left.

From the central bus station in Daugavpils, take bus number 1 or 5. These buses head towards the vicinity of Dzintaru iela. Get off at the 'Dzintaru iela' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk in the direction of the bus's previous route for about 5 minutes until you see Daugavpils Tarzāns at Dzintaru iela 74 on your right.
