    To reach Cirgalu Tower by car, head towards Zvārtava Parish in Valka Municipality. From Valka, take the P23 road towards Vireši. The tower is located approximately 4.5 km past the bridge over the Gauja River, on the left side of the road. Parking is available near the tower. The landscape is characterized by a blend of forests, meadows and the meandering Gauja river. The tower is located approximately 4.5 km from the bridge over the Gauja on the Valka-Vireši road (P23). The surrounding area, Ziemeļgauja, is a protected area recognized for its biodiversity, including various protected plant and animal species. The area features a unique mosaic of habitats, including the Gauja River valley with its system of oxbow lakes, biologically valuable meadows, and old mixed and deciduous forests.
