    From Jurmala, head to the nearest bus stop. If you're at Jūrmala's central area, you can catch bus number 3 or 12 towards Rīga. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Brīvdabas muzejs' bus stop. From there, walk about 5 minutes along Brīvdabas iela until you reach the Ethnographic Open-Air Museum of Latvia at Brīvdabas iela 21.

  • Train

    From any station in Jurmala, take a train towards Rīga. Disembark at the 'Rīga' station, which is the main train station. From there, you can either take a bus (number 3 or 12) towards 'Brīvdabas muzejs' stop or walk to the museum, which is approximately 30 minutes away. If you choose to walk, head southwest on Stacijas iela, and then continue onto Brīvdabas iela until you reach the museum.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental services in Jurmala. Cycle along the scenic coastal route towards Rīga. After approximately 10 km, you will arrive at the intersection with Brīvdabas iela. Turn right and continue along Brīvdabas iela for about 1 km until you reach the Ethnographic Open-Air Museum.

    If you are nearby, you can walk to the museum. From the Jūrmala beach area, head towards the main road and follow signs pointing towards Rīga. Walk along Jomas iela and then turn onto Brīvdabas iela. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you see the Ethnographic Open-Air Museum on your left at Brīvdabas iela 21.
