From the center of Āgenskalns, start by heading southeast on Miera iela. Continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Alīses iela. Turn left onto Alīses iela. Walk for about 400 meters, and the Water Tower will be on your right at Alīses iela 4. No costs are involved.

To reach the Water Tower via public transport, find the nearest bus or tram stop on Miera iela. Take bus number 28 towards 'Zemgales priekšpilsēta' and get off at the 'Alīses iela' stop after approximately 5-7 minutes. Alternatively, take tram number 7 or 11 towards 'Zemgales priekšpilsēta' and get off at the 'Alīses iela' stop. From either stop, walk approximately 200 meters north on Alīses iela to reach the Water Tower at Alīses iela 4. A single 90-minute ticket costs €1.50.
