You will pass several local shops and cafes. Continue until you reach the intersection with Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela. Turn left onto Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela and walk for another 300 meters. Victory Park will be on your right, marked by its large open spaces and the prominent monument.
