From the Freedom Monument, walk down Brīvības iela, then turn onto Elizabetes iela. Continue until you reach Kalpaka bulvāris, then turn right. Walk for about 10 minutes; the building is on your left. This walk offers a pleasant view of Riga's central district.

From the Art Nouveau District, walk to the nearest tram stop on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela. Take tram number 5 or 7 towards the Central Market and get off at the 'Kalnciema iela' stop. Walk east on Kalnciema iela, then turn onto Kalpaka bulvāris; walk to number 12. A tram ticket costs approximately €1.15.

From Kurzeme, take the A9 highway towards Riga. Follow signs for the city center and continue on A4 until you reach the intersection with Kalpaka bulvāris. Turn onto Kalpaka bulvāris. Limited parking is available in nearby parking lots. Expect to pay an hourly rate.
