From there, walk approximately 5 minutes down Tērbatas iela, and you will find Piemineklis Mihailam Tālam at Tērbatas iela 2C on your left.

If you are near the Riga Old Town (Vecrīga), head to the 'Kaļķu iela' bus stop. Take bus number 22 or 23 towards 'Riga Airport'. After about a 10-minute ride, get off at the 'Tērbatas iela' stop. Walk about 3 minutes north along Tērbatas iela, and you will reach Piemineklis Mihailam Tālam at Tērbatas iela 2C.

If you are in the Central District, you can simply walk to Piemineklis Mihailam Tālam. From the Freedom Monument, head south on Elizabetes iela, then turn left onto Tērbatas iela.
