    From Kipsala, head north towards the Daugava River. Walk along the riverbank until you reach the bridge named 'Akmens tilts'. Cross the bridge, and when you get to the other side, continue straight on your path until you reach Merķeļa iela. Turn left onto Merķeļa iela, and you will find Riga Circus at number 4, located on your right side.
