If you are already in Central District, Bastejkalna Park is easily accessible on foot. From the Freedom Monument, head south along Brivibas iela. Continue for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela. Turn left onto Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela and walk for another 200 meters. You will see the entrance to Bastejkalna Park on your right.

If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch Tram Line 7 or 9 from any nearby tram stop in the Central District. Board the tram heading towards 'Mežaparks' (Line 7) or 'Zasulauks' (Line 9). Get off at the 'Brīvības iela' stop. From there, walk approximately 250 meters along Brīvības iela towards the Freedom Monument. Once you reach the monument, follow the walking directions mentioned above to reach Bastejkalna Park.
