Public Transport
From Sigulda, take bus number 3112 from Sigulda Bus Station (Siguldas AO) to Turaida. The bus departs hourly and the journey takes approximately 10 minutes. A single ticket costs between €1 and €2. From the bus stop in Turaida, it's a short walk to the castle entrance.
Walking
From the center of Sigulda, it is possible to walk to Turaida Castle. The distance is approximately 5.4 km and takes a little over an hour. The route passes through Gauja National Park and offers scenic views. Be prepared for some uphill sections. Follow the signs towards Turaida Castle and Gutman's Cave.
