If you're driving from Jelgava, head northeast on the A8 highway towards Olaine parish. Continue on A8 for approximately 18 kilometers. Take the exit towards Pārolaine and merge onto Pārolaines street. Drive straight for about 3 kilometers until you reach Kalnrozes. The Vidzeme-Zemgale Boundary Markers are located at Kalnrozes, Pārolaine, Olaine parish, LV-2127. Look for signs indicating the border post as you approach.

From Riga, take a bus towards Jelgava and get off at the nearest bus stop in Pārolaine. From the bus stop, head northeast on Pārolaines street, then turn left onto Kalnrozes street. It's approximately a 1.5-kilometer walk, taking around 20-25 minutes. Follow the road signs leading to the border post. A single bus fare from Riga to Pārolaine typically costs around €2-€4.
