Getting There

Walking
From the center of Aley, head southwest on the main road towards the direction of the Aley municipality building. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the main highway (Beirut-Damascus Road). At this intersection, turn left and follow the road signs towards Beirut. After approximately 5 kilometers, you will see signs for Jeita Grotto. Look for the exit that leads to the Valley of the Dog River. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at Jeita Grotto, located near the river.

Begin your journey at the Aley bus station, which is located near the main square. Look for a bus heading towards Beirut. Once aboard, inform the driver that you want to get off at the Jeita Grotto stop. The journey will take about 30 minutes. After disembarking, follow the signs leading to Jeita Grotto, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
