Walking
From the center of Batroun, head towards the main coastal road (Al-Ma'arej Street). Walk straight along this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Tripoli road (Lebanon Mountain Road). Continue straight, and you'll find signs pointing toward Tripoli. Once you reach the outskirts of Batroun, the road will take you directly to Tripoli. Keep walking for another 3 kilometers until you arrive at the city center of Tripoli.

From Batroun's central bus station, take a local minibus heading towards Tripoli. The buses leave regularly throughout the day. Inform the driver that you wish to go to the city center of Tripoli. The journey should take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Tripoli bus station, exit and walk towards the main square. From there, you can ask locals for directions to 'Hammam Al Jadid', which is located at CRJR+VMM.
