We have a little problem with the tourist guide who was not in his best mood, and we called the agency and the owner personally took care of everything and offered us to refund the money or even give us a free tour another day. They really care about customers. The offered tour was really great. I’m more than grateful for the service.

WONDERFUL GUIDED TOUR
Albert is the best tour guide! As a solo traveler and here in beirut for the first time, he taught me alot about lebanon as a whole and about all the places we were visiting. He bought me to have my first Lebanese breakfast manouche! I kept on having wonderful experiences throughout the day! It was my second time with Albert as my tour guide and if i ever return i will see if he us available!! If you want good human connections go to Lebanon!!!
