Getting There

• Walking

  From St. Stephen's Cathedral in downtown Batroun, Visit Batroun is a short walk. Head north along the main street, and you'll find it on the main road in the heart of the city. The walk is easy and takes about 5-10 minutes, allowing you to explore the local shops and architecture along the way.

• Public Transport

  If arriving by bus from Beirut, disembark at the main highway near Batroun. From there, you can take a local taxi or a 'service' (shared taxi) to reach Visit Batroun in the city center. The cost for a short taxi ride is approximately LBP 20,000 - 30,000, depending on the current exchange rate. Alternatively, you can walk from the highway to the center, which takes around 20-30 minutes.

• Taxi

  Taxis are readily available in Batroun. A short taxi ride from anywhere in downtown Batroun to Visit Batroun will cost approximately LBP 25,000 - 40,000, depending on traffic and the current exchange rate. Be sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey. From Beirut to Batroun, a taxi will cost approximately $65-$80.

• Parking

  If driving, parking in downtown Batroun can be challenging. It is recommended to park in the paid parking lot facing "Bolero" and walk to Visit Batroun. Alternatively, you can try to find street parking, but be aware of private parking signs. Parking fees in the paid lot are approximately LBP 5,000 per hour.
