Start at the main square of Deir el Qamar, where you can find the famous church and local shops. From the square, head south towards the main road (Jisr al-Qamar Street). Walk along this road for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Chehime Street. Turn left onto Chehime Street. Continue walking straight for another 15 minutes. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards Chehime. As you approach, you'll see a local cafe on your right; Karim's house is just a short distance ahead on the same street. The exact location is marked as JFPQ+CXF, Chehime, which should be visible on local maps or ask locals for directions if needed.
