Starting from the central square of Deir el Qamar, head south on the main street (شارع بيار) towards the historical sites. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Chouf mountains. At this intersection, look for a small sign that indicates the direction to مغارة كفرحيم. Take the left path which is slightly uphill. Follow this path for approximately 20 minutes, enjoying the scenic views of the valley. You will pass by some local shops and cafes where you can stop for refreshments. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you to مغارة كفرحيم. The entrance to the cave is marked and will be on your right-hand side. The total walking distance is about 2 kilometers from the center of Deir el Qamar.
