Getting There

• Walking

  Start from the main square of Deir el Qamar, known as the 'Al-Maidan'. Head east towards the 'Bishop's Palace'. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 'Mar Chaaya Street'. Turn left onto Mar Chaaya Street and continue walking straight. Once you reach 'Saida Street', turn right. Follow this road until you pass the 'Deir el Qamar Municipal Park'. Keep walking straight, and you will eventually reach a small junction. At the junction, take the left path which leads towards Baakleen. Follow the road signs, and after approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will arrive at the area near MHC5+996 in Baakleen, your destination.

• Public Transportation

  From the main square of Deir el Qamar, walk to the nearest bus stop located on 'Saida Street'. Take a local minibus heading towards Baakleen. Make sure to inform the driver that you're headed to MHC5+996. The ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Baakleen, get off at the nearest stop and walk a short distance (about 300 meters) towards MHC5+996 by following the local signs.

• Biking

  If you have access to a bike, start from the main square of Deir el Qamar. Head east towards the 'Bishop's Palace'. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 'Mar Chaaya Street'. Turn left onto Mar Chaaya Street. Ride straight until you reach 'Saida Street', then turn right. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers, passing the 'Deir el Qamar Municipal Park'. You will find a small junction, take the left path leading towards Baakleen. Continue riding until you reach MHC5+996 in Baakleen.
