Getting There

    From the center of Jbeil, head north on the main coastal road (Route 51) towards Aamchit. After about 10 km, you will see signs for Aamchit. Turn right onto the road leading into Aamchit. Follow the signs towards the beach area, and you will see the entrance to مغارة الفقمة (Seal Cave) after approximately 2 km. There is usually parking available near the entrance.

  • Public Transportation

    If you prefer public transportation, take a shared taxi (service) from Jbeil to Aamchit. These can be found at the main taxi station in Jbeil. The fare is usually around 3,000 LBP (Lebanese Pounds) per person. Once you arrive in Aamchit, ask the driver to drop you off at the beach area, which is close to مغارة الفقمة. From there, it will be a short walk to the cave entrance.
