If you're driving from Jounieh Coast, head north on the main coastal road (Jounieh - Byblos Highway). After approximately 5 kilometers, follow the signs for Harissa. Turn left at the fork to go uphill towards Harissa. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of the Our Lady of Lebanon Basilica. There is ample parking available nearby, but note that parking may incur a small fee, typically around 5,000 LBP.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can catch a shared taxi (service) from Jounieh to Harissa. Look for the shared taxi stand near the Jounieh Souk or main square. The fare is usually around 5,000-7,000 LBP per person. Request the driver to drop you off at the Basilica. Once you arrive in Harissa, the Basilica is a short walk uphill from the drop-off point, and there are signs directing you.

Cable Car
An alternative and scenic route is to take the Téléphérique (cable car) from Jounieh to Harissa. The cable car station is located near the Jounieh waterfront. The ride offers stunning views of the coast and takes about 10-15 minutes. The ticket price is around 15,000 LBP for a round trip. Once you arrive at the top, you will find signs directing you to Our Lady of Lebanon Basilica, which is a short walk from the cable car station.
